Application
Like most, our interview process begins with a deep search. Our systems, ads, and recruitment arm exist to bring in people from all walks of life. And we thoroughly vet each application to make sure they're knowledgable, skilled, patient-centric, and red-flag free.

Resume
We're not "resume people." They're important. And we vet every dentist's resume. But we don't hire resumes; we hire amazing people. Our recruitment team is experienced in reading between the lines and finding needles in haystacks.

Interview
We interview our dentists personally. We want to see what they're like as people — beyond the cursory resume. Once we get to know them,we ask hard and important questions. We want to figure out exactly what type of office is a great fit for them.

Clinical Audit
We don't care about the padded references in resumes. We go to the source. Our clinical audit puts us in touch with dental assistants who have worked with the dentist over their career. We ask them questions about technical and soft skills, as well as their overall abilities. And, most importantly, how well they work with patients.

Match
Once we have all of the information we need, we review everything before pairing dentists with offices that fit them like a glove. The office itself is the final step. They review and meet with the candidate to make the final decision.
